Registration
Our expert on-site team will handle the setup of all necessary hardware and network configurations. Virtual attendees can log in via mobile, tablet, or laptop, while in-room participants can scan QR codes or barcodes to authenticate and vote using various options such as Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), kiosks or paper polls.
Polling
Poll resolutions individually, in groups, or in an election-style format with results shown as percentages, numbers, or both. Options include 1:1 or weighted voting and split votes that can be optional, enforced, or cumulative. Stakeholders can view resolution statuses, proxy votes, and real-time results.
Q&A
Participants can submit questions before the meeting via our proxy platform or ask them live, either in writing or verbally. Moderators can directly respond to questions, append answers and propose them to the chair. They can also manage the order of questions, alternate between in-room and virtual queries, and label similar messages to help speakers.
Broadcast
Lumi Global offers both on-site and remote broadcast options, managed by a dedicated project manager who will handle your hardware setup, rehearsals, and live event operations. We can also partner with your in-house or AV provider as required. We’ll provide synchronized slides, presentations, pre-recorded videos, and webcam feeds. Additional materials like scripts and templates are also available to ensure consistency.
Documents
Upload and manage up to 50 documents on the platform, including PDFs and meeting materials. Documents can be accessed and downloaded during the meeting without interrupting the broadcast, and can be uploaded at any time before, during, or after the event.
Reporting
Our live displays provide an overview of attendance, real-time tracking, and quorum count. Key stakeholders can view the number of registered attendees, votes, total vote capital and more with summaries broken down by capacity. You can also download reports for a comprehensive and transparent record of the meeting, including up-to-date attendance data.
