Direct links to the pre-registration site or public live meeting forum can be provided to include on your own platform.

The pre-registration platform can be customized and localized to suit your audience, recording only the questions you require.

Once approved, attendees can choose who they wish to participate in the meeting. If polling is being utilized, they can cast their vote or proxy it to the chair or another participant.

Our skilled onsite team will set up the hardware and network as registration or install self-service kiosks whilst any virtual attendees simply need to log in as an authenticated user or as a guest.

In-room attendees simply scan a QR or barcode to authenticate into the meeting choosing from a proprietary device, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), kiosk or paper poll to cast their vote.

Virtual participants can access the live meeting through their browsers on laptops, tablets or smartphones.

In-room and virtual attendance are visible on remote displays to ensure a quorum. Receive alerts, search specific accounts and see how polls are affected by the votes or accounts in attendance.

Resolutions can be polled singularly, in groups, or election style in multiple-choice format displayed with percentages, real numbers, or both.

Polls can be 1:1 or weighted and you can allow split votes which can be optional, enforced, or cumulative. An instant vote confirmation appears but you can re-cast your poll at any time.

Key stakeholders can see the state of each resolution, including proxy votes, prior to polling and then watch the votes in real-time with the results displayed instantly.

For group polls, an efficient vote all/vote with the board's recommendation feature can be enabled.

Questions can be submitted before a meeting through our proxy platform or put to the live meeting either written or verbally. Any participant submitting profanities can be blocked.

The message board and speaker queue are displayed to key stakeholders on remote devices.

Moderators can respond directly to participants or append answers to questions and propose them to the chair.

Moderators can alternate in-room and virtual questions, moving the order of messages in the queue. They can also label and sort similar messages to assist speakers.

The broadcast of the meeting can be provided, with synchronized slides and presentation, plus any pre-recorded videos and webcams.

Additional collateral such as scripts and templates can be provided to ensure consistency across materials.

Documents can be uploaded to a dedicated section in the Lumi platform, such as sales presentations, ESG reports and the notice of meeting.

PDF documents can be published in the platform to a document repository, providing easy access and the ability to download to your device.

Documents can be viewed at any point during the meeting whilst maintaining the ability to continue watching the broadcast.

Documents can be uploaded at any point before, during, or after the meeting.

Live displays show the attendance summary, live tracking and quorum count.

Key stakeholders can see the number of registered attendees, votes and accounts represented, total vote capital, and what is represented in-room. Summaries are broken down by capacity.

Multiple reports give a full and transparent record of the meeting while providing an up-to-the-minute view of attendance.

If Lumi has produced the broadcast, the recording will also be supplied. As well as this, a complete copy of all questions received, and responses given are provided.
