Lumi's in-room solutions range from serviced registration desks and self-service kiosks to QR code BYOD logins. All solutions are supplied and installed by our skilled on-site team, who can support you throughout your event. Our closed network in-room solutions can provide the security and integrity required for certain events.

Microsites and events pages can be generated by your project manager, branded and themed to company guidelines and made public when you choose.

Direct links to the pre-registration site or public live meeting forum can be provided to include on your own platform.

The pre-registration platform can be customized and localized to suit your audience, recording only the questions you require.

Once approved, attendees can choose who they wish to participate at the meeting, and if polling is being utilized they can cast their vote or proxy it to the chair or another participant.

Our onsite team can carry out site visits and tests to ensure your registration area meets the requirements but we can usually cater for obscure locations to capture every entrance

At the event, the team will install and maintain the network so you can concentrate on your attendees experience.

Participants simply need to present a barcode or QR code, this will locate their account allowing them to register. Manual searches can also be conducted to find and authenticate participants.

If alerts have been placed on accounts, key stakeholders can be instantly updated upon registration, as well a monitoring quorum and how attendance may affect the polls.

Lumi can provide proprietary devices, tablet kiosk systems, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) or traditional paper poll methods of voting.

Polls can be posed individually or in groups, and participants can change their vote at any time whilst the poll is open, receiving an instant confirmation after every change.

The platform allows for 1:1 or weighed votes that can be further enhanced with split voting which can be optional, enforced or cumulative.

Remote displays show key stakeholders the state of each resolution, including proxy votes, prior to polling and in real-time when the poll is open.

Written questions can be received before the meeting and queued up for the Q&A.

Each keypad contains a microphone and participants can request to join a queue which is displayed to the chairperson on a remote device.

Moderators can filter, prioritize or edit the messages received with selected messages being shared to remote displays.

The speaker queue is displayed on remote devices and can be re-ordered and prioritized by the moderator.

The Lumi platform has the ability to produce a full suite of reports at any time, giving a full and transparent record of the meeting while providing an up to the minute view on attendance.

Key stakeholders can view live displays which show attendance summary, attendance tracking and real time quorum counts.

The displays also show the number of registered attendees, votes and accounts represented, and total vote capital and what is represented in-room, broken down by capacity.

All questions put to the meeting are noted, timestamped, and included in the end of meeting reports.
