Set up branded, customized microsites for event pages and pre-registration. Direct links to registration and live meeting forums can be embedded on your own platform.
Our on-site team handles all aspects of registration area setup, including site visits and network installation. We can manage even the most unique locations and ensure every entrance is covered. At the event, attendees can easily register by presenting a barcode or QR code, with manual searches also available if needed. Alerts on accounts keep key stakeholders informed, and we monitor quorum and attendance impact on polls.
Lumi Global offers multiple voting options – whether it’s through our proprietary devices, tablet kiosks, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), or paper polls. You can set up polls individually or in groups, and participants can update their votes at any time. Our platform handles 1:1 or weighted votes and offers flexible split voting options. In addition, remote displays keep key stakeholders updated on resolution statuses and proxy votes.
Written questions can be submitted before the meeting and added to the Q&A queue. Moderators can filter, prioritize, and edit these questions, with selected ones displayed on remote screens. In addition, our proprietary handsets have a microphone, which allows participants to request to join the speaker queue (which can be reordered).
